Attorney Byers, a former federal prosecutor and proud native of Berkeley Springs, has been
practicing here in her hometown for over twenty years. She frequently appears in federal and state courts in Morgan,
Berkeley and Jefferson counties. Her practice extends to all local courts including Municipal, Family,
Magistrate and Circuit Courts. Attorney Byers is admitted to the state bar of West Virginia, plus the
Third and Fourth Federal Circuits, the District of New Jersey and the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Attorney
Byers is a graduate of New York University (B.A. magna cum laude), holds a J.D. cum laude from New York
Law School, and earned her LL.M. with highest honors from George Washington University National Law Center.
